Dr. Narula is Director/Communication Consultant (Research and Training) with Communication Networks (CNET) and U+ communications, New Delhi, India. She regularly conducts social and development research on local, national and international issues, planning for research projects, social sciences and has expertise in Development Communication. She is a Consultant in Project Planning and Research, Communication Training, Teaching and Publishing, which are her expertise areas. She operates between Boston and New Delhi.Dr. Narula and rsquo;s, professional activities focus on four areas, viz. research training, teaching, professional writing/editing and therapeutic counselling. She has published 24 books and a number of research papers.
