We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in excellent condition, and always on time.
Please review our shipping policy below:
● Service Area: We currently deliver to major cities across India.
● Shipping Destinations: Each order can be shipped to only one address. If you wish to ship books to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.
● Order Processing Time: We aim to ship each book in your order within 3-5 business days. However, in some cases, shipping may take up to 9 business days, especially if we need to procure items from other stores or suppliers. If we are unable to ship your entire order within 6 business days, we will notify you and, at your request, cancel the unshipped part of the order. Any payment for unshipped items will be refunded in the same manner as your original payment.
● Shipping Days: We ship Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
● Delivery Time: For deliveries within Delhi, shipping typically takes 2-3 business days post-shipment. For areas outside Delhi, deliveries generally take 5-6 business days post-shipment (excluding the shipping date). International titles may take an additional 3-4 weeks. Delivery times are also specified on each product's page.
● Courier Service: We partner with trusted courier agencies to ensure your order arrives on time and in good condition.
● Multiple Shipments: We strive to ship all items in your order together. However, depending on the nature of the books or their availability, shipments may be sent separately.
● Damaged or Tampered Packages: If the book or packaging appears damaged or tampered with, please refuse delivery and contact our Customer Care team immediately at customerservice@atlanticpublishing.com, citing your order reference number. We will work to resolve the issue by sending a replacement as soon as possible.
● Tracking: To track your order, send your payment ID to customerservice@atlanticpublishing.com.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are Rs. 100 per book within India. Charges may vary for international shipping depending on the destination country.
