Syed Dilawer

Syed Ali Dilawer, BE, PMP, CCC, GMP, is a project management professional with 20 years of experience in Project Management. He is presently working with an International ‘Built Asset Consultancy’ as Project Control & Claims Consultant. He is a recognized expert and author among Project Management professionals and contract advisory community globally. He was also a principal in establishing Project Control Procedure for major developments in the Middle East. He has developed and implemented various systems to manage a large number of complex projects by using his expertise in project management, team building, and interface management for major contractors in the Middle East.

He has authored books such as Construction Claim Management and Fundamentals of Accounting & Finance for Engineers & Managers and regularly writes articles for leading project management magazines.

He is an Associate Member of Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (A.CIArb), International Quality Association (IQA), Member of Indian Council of Arbitration (MICA), Grader for AACEI Cost Consultant Certification (CCC) and Alumni of IIM Ahmedabad.
