Life And Works Of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel

Role and contribution of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel in the freedom struggle of India and after the dawn of freedom has been of great impor¬tance. It was only Sardar Patel who made India one nation by merging 554 native states into its union for the first time in history. Study of his life and achievements is a need of the hour because Indian Political Sky is over¬cast today by dark clouds of disinte¬gration, seperatism, regionalism and terrorism. This work contains articles from eminent persons like late Chowdhary Charan Singh and Ashoka Mehta, Shri H.M. Patel, Shri V.N. Gadgil, Shri Rajesh Pilot, Shri Frank Anthony, Shri R.R. Diwakar and Shri M.C. Brian, who had worked as Private Assistant of Sardar Patel. All contri¬butions of the people who had been in direct touch with Sardar Patel are of great value.
