He has also lectured at prestigious Universities and Business Schools across India; and his writings and research have been widely published in books as well as in several journals of national and international repute. His research paper entitled, and ldquo;Marketing Executives Effectiveness in relation to Locus of Control: A Case Study of Punjab and rdquo; was presented in the European Conference on Research Methodology (ECRM)-2003 held at University of Reading (UK).In the corporate world, Dr. Gill and rsquo;s experience includes working as General Manager with Allied Beverages, India and as Country Head with Summit Beverages and Moha Soft Drinks, Ethiopia. Currently, he is professor at School of Management Studies, Punjabi University, Patiala. Paramjeet Kaur, M.Phil. (Himachal Pradesh University), M.Com, UGC-NET, Ph.D. (pursuing), has more than 6 years of working and teaching experience. She is assistant professor of Commerce at Khalsa College for Women, Ludhiana.
